You might be wondering what your paycheck will look like. 

$105000 per year - $2020 or more per week - And it gets better

  • Ryder Drivers are Paid Weekly
  • Team Miles Pay: $0.42 per Mile with 2500 + Miles per Week
  • Team Stops Pay: $22.00 per Stop with 8 - 14 Stops per Week
  • Per Diem Pay: $127 per night with 2 - 3 nights per Week
  • Drop and Hook Pay: $20.00 per Drop/Hook
  • Sign On Bonus: Pays you $10K EACH for an Established Team Within the First Year or $5000 for Single paid out at 30 and 90 Days
  • Paid Training

Trucks are three years or newer. Ryder Drivers Service the Route, not the Truck. All Drivers have 24/7 Roadside Maintenance by a Ryder Trained Technician plus Service Employees fuel up our trucks at all 800+ Maintenance Facilities. 

  • Deliver As A TEAM To: OR, WA, CA, ID and MT
  • Tractor Type: 2020 Volvo and Freightliner Sleeper
  • Trailer Type: 28’, 48' and 53’ Dry Van 
  • Ryder will Train you on all equipment needed to be successful
  • Equipment: Pallet Jack and Lift Gate
  • Freight: Tailgate Deliveries – Hardware Supplies
  • We Reimburse Cost and Provide Training Support for Endorsements
  • Endorsements: Hazmat - Within 90 Days of Hire

Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
    • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
    • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
    • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Important Note:  Additional requirements may be required in different locations and/or accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
  • Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
  • Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
  • Performs other duties as assigned
